Did the French Louie and Great French Louie loops together by starting at the upper lot and doubling back. Legs were still hurting bad from doing Blue Mountain two days ago but after ~5 miles I felt decent. French Louie was nice but harder than I expected, had to go all out on the downhill to beat Blaine's impressive time. The climb afterwards was tough but I just hiked and didn't worry about time too much.
