I did this by run. Start was at midnight, next to church in Czarnorzeki and finish was on Przymiarki. I used two restaurant, first was in Tylawa BP petrol station around 64km and next one was in Barwinek on border around 82km. Rest of the food I had in my backpack. On the start my backpack weigt aurond 8kg. All water I filled up in rivers or stream by flask with filter. Way was quite simple, just one time I loose track by Skibice. I had run alone all the time, without any support.
