Laura and I ran south to north on the Shenipsit Trail. We have run many miles on this trail of varying distances and combinations over many years. Laura wanted to run the full length so asked me to accompany her. It was a glorious weather day. We parked Laura's car at the half way point to restock with food and water but did not take any aid from friends or family.
