This was an awesome challenge to go after! I did the Mckenzie River Trail supported, starting with 2 hand helds and picking up 2 more soft flasks (yes I need lots of water) from Julianne at mile 15 ish. I tried to start relaxed till Blue Pool, then wanted to push basically all the way to the end. Gorgeous Oregon trail running at it's best. The twists and turns and slight technicality make this one challenging to push! The hip flexor's are beat up.
Onward and upward!
