what an awesome route. this was just what i was looking for on a solo day in red rocks — an adventurous approach, flowy climbing, and some easy running miles. i loosely followed Travis’s track, but somehow i still managed to fumble the approach. after a few backtracks, i found myself climbing a dirty flaring chimney on my way up to Bridge Point, this ended up being the spiciest part of the day. once i made it to the arete, things started to go more smoothly. the climbing flew by, with lots of fun stemming and jamming. after lunch on the summit, i decided to descend to the west, and i’m very glad that i did. the natural bridge for which the peak is named was spectacular, as was the massive pool. the descent was uneventful, but very scenic. i highly recommend this route!
