A Canmore classic! The biggest of the Three Sisters, which overlook town. Even with cliffing myself out and needing to backtrack, I made pretty good time. The descent...another story. It was super loose, I started heading down the wrong gully at one point but luckily turned back in search of a better route, and luckily spotted some flags I had seen on the way up that someone thankfully put there for just that reason. I think descending the 4,000' almost took as long as the ascent
