FKT: Ellie Fox - Oregon Coast Trail (OR) - 2019-04-06

I was unable to run on the beach any of the last three days, as a massive storm hit the coast, and the tides were unsafe. I took ferries on the three bays that the former FKT holder had taken, Nehalem, Tillamook, and Netarts Bays. I started more conservatively with my dad, as we were going to set a father daughter FKT, but he suffered from an injury, and joined my husband in crewing me to the finish. The last four days were in the 50-55 mile range, all with horrendous weather.
