I ran the Little Ouse path starting in Brandon ending at Nuns bridge in Thetford. I arrived at the start getting a rail replacement bus from Thetford train station.
Conditions were overcast and mild. Heavy rain for the weeks proceeding meant conditions were tough and sections were muddier than anticipated. Head wind towards the later stages.
I ran alone with all nutrition and water carried in a running vest.
The route was brilliant and I enjoyed the forrest and river. Fairly quiet with minimal other users on the trail.
