FKT: Erik Williamson - Mullerthal Trail Route 2 (Luxembourg) - 2022-03-05

I started the morning off at -3 degrees celsius. As I left the bus I realised I left my gloves behind but it was too late to turn back and I had to face the crisp winter air head-on. I had a goal of 3hours and 50minutes in mind and was quite stoked to have hit the mark with 3hours and 47minutes. Fueling during the race was good. I made use of whole foods as much as possible and supplemented my race food with Mannatech's Empact. All and all, it was a good day on the trails. I was blessed with good weather and actually saw quite a bit of wildlife in the process too, which was nice. Ready for the other FKTs on the Mullerthal series!
