I recently moved to the area and *completely* underestimated how many people would be on the trail - I would suggest anyone going after this wait until the fall at this point. Each pullout / view point was crawling with tourists, however they never seemed to venture more than about a quarter mile from their vehicle. Also, get an earlier start than I did ;) I know this women’s time could be lowered significantly, but someone had to be first. I’m excited to see the next woman drop it.
