What an incredible run! It’s more like rock hopping than actual running, but the views from the top are worth stopping for. Stop to read about the history of the trail before setting out.
It’s not a long trail, so getting it done on your own without having to resupply is easy to do. I ran alone with only a single water bottle. There is nothing but rocks and a wind farm along the way, so definitely plan to carry everything you need.
