10 laps of the 2nd Flatiron. I had done this once before, but not for speed so I wanted to see how fast I could do it when I put up a solid effort. Overall, satisfied with how it went. Felt stronger in the first half then legs began to get tired. I reached my 10th freeway summit just under 4 hours so didn't quite have enough time to sneak in a sub-4 hour time... next time! This was self-supported. The day before I hiked up a jug of water to the base and I hiked it out after. Only calories I had during the effort were in my bottles.
