It was a relay race where I did the whole thing. There were water aid stations every 10 miles. About 120 people participated. The race goes from the Caribbean Sea, in the Atlantic Ocean, to the Pacific Ocean, crossing the Isthmus of Panama along its Trans-Isthmic Way. The 2018 edition was 100% for the benefit of the Fundación de Comedores Infantiles Senderos and in memory of Niko and Walter.
