50% road 50% trail. No water refill spots unless you stop at a gas station or fast food place in the first 8 miles. Almost all climbs are straight up (lol). So the whole run you're either truckin' steep up hill, bombing the steep down hill or running in a nice flat section. A proper hard run and a GREAT training route if you are training for any ultras.
