I saw the strava segment for this route and decided to go for Paul Weeks' time on the out and back. Warmed up a mile, went for the segment, and cooled down a mile. I wore a vest with a 12oz flask of water and had an energy gel at halfway. Luckily I didn't get held up much at the major intersections. Shout out to Paul for letting me know this route is on FKT.
