Runner: EVREN OZKA
Route: Cross-Bahrain run (approx. 68.52 km)
Date: 15 November 2024
Start Time: 03:44 AM
Finish Time: 15:10 PM
Elapsed Time: 11 hours 26 minutes
Overview
This attempt was to complete a continuous run across the country of Bahrain, travelling from NORTH TO SOUTH. I ran primarily along paved public roads and pedestrian areas. The effort was conducted in real time with no motorized assistance for forward progress. The run was entirely on foot, and I remained on course throughout.
I was accompanied by members of the Bahrain Warriors Run Group, who provided pacing support for the full duration. I maintained at least 4–5 accompanying runners at all times. All nutrition and hydration were obtained from local gas stations and shops along the way by my crew (Jake, Anton and Gabriel).
Conditions
