We started the run in Dibbah Fujairah at 15:20 on the 25th of November. At the beginning of the run we were accompanied by members of the PUMA team and their runners, we ran the first few KM's together.

I was also paced by George Crewe on the 27th November and Stephen Melia on the 28th November (They both ran around 25km each with me). We were also joined by many members of the LFG running community when we passed by Kite Beach (Dubai).

 

Our plan was to cover 100-120km per day every day. The first day went very smoothly and we managed to box off 5 of the seven emirates : FUJAIRAH, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman and Sharjah. 

On the second day we passed through Dubai where we were joined by many runners from the LFG community and other friends and family including members of the PUMA team. We continued running through Dubai onto the E11 Road. Once we joined the E11 road we would remain on it for the remainder of the journey!

We continued onto Abu Dhabi. 

A steady pace was kept on the E11 road right up until the finish. We ended up finishing in the early hours of Monday morning (Dec 1st) at the KSA boarder.
