Felt hard!
Loads of golden plovers, some newts, flying ant things. New erosion, no water at bottom of Stob coire bhealaich (guessing due to poor snow winter), pretty wet ground crossing Abhainn Rath (but river low)
I think this is my favourite route, so good!!
Tough on the back of lots of racing and haven’t been training this distance, wanted to see how it would feel - and sort out the previous 9h00m05sec!!
