Started from the church of Antey saint Andre at 8 am I climbed to the town of Torgnon and then to the small fractions of Etirol, Triatel and Petit Monde. From there I climbed to Lago di Cignana and passed the Finestra di Cignana I descended towards Cervinia and then climbed back on the other side of the valley reaching La Salette ski station, then Cheneil, Chamois, La Magdaleine and back to Antey, closing the loop.
