Stunning sunny, blue-skied and hot day on the Bewl FKT
We started at the bridge and soon weaved our way clockwise around the wooded forest section. The ground is really dry and very rutted.
You then pop out and complete a tarmac section - it was nice overtaking some mountain-bikers on the steeper hills.
The view of the lake were simply epic today.
Around the main rowing club entrance of the lake we made a few small nav errors (having to go back each time and get on right bit) - so we added a bit of distance and time.
Picked up the pace for the finish.
Another treat of an FKT route - Highly recommend
