Really enjoyable and well sign-posted route that properly takes you into the woodlands and away from the busy streets.
As the wonderful Mr Kerry pointed out there are still a couple of areas of this route where the signs go missing and the gpx is difficult to follow. Not impossible though and clearly it is much easier in the day time than at night.
We followed the exact Three Commons signs near the end and realised that there is a added loop near Kingsway (that you need to follow alleyways and no Three Commons signs) - there is a slight left turn and you follow the forest backing on to panelled back gardens.
Make sure that you go over the main road at Croydon Road because the signs again show you in the forest and if you go up there you cross on a very dangerous bend.
Route is also drying up and so fast times can be made on this route as long as you are careful on the road crossings
