On Saturday, 27 th of august, I ran the Mizzy lake trail in Algonquin Park while my boyfriend with our two children started to hike it once I had run off. Due to the wet weather, it was pretty slippery and a technically challenging trail.
Once I had finished the trail, I stopped by our car in the parking lot. I filled up my supplies and started on the trail once more until I had caught up with my family at km 5, and from there, we hiked the rest together. I have clipped the gpx file at the end of the mizzy lake trail since I originally had recorded my run until I met up with my family. I am happy to provide the original file.
