Did this route back in 2020 when racing was shut down, but there was no FKT for the West Side route at the time, so I didn't submit it back then. Fantastic day, enjoyable running down low with a bit of deadfall and some fun scrambling through the lower cliffs, a little willow schwacking to get to the base of the peak where just enough snow melted to keep rock underfoot at all times. There were excellent cairns for the traverse, though I took the wrong descent coming off the needle up high and had to backtrack a bit. Took a belt with a filter bottle, a windbreaker, nutrition, and a phone.
