It looks like the trail has been rerouted since the last attempt at this FKT, or he was using an old map of the route. This is the official route as of March 2021.
Very rocky and muddy. A few sections of the trail are close to being flooded out by beavers.
The highlight of the route is Choke Creek Falls in part because they're very impressive and in part because it's probably the last spot where you'll feel good.
