Had the advantage today of running against myself as four weeks ago I missed Aaron's time by 45 seconds (and had failed to observe the seconds of his run). And I knew I could improve my own time.
My only course error (on my third traverse) was to come in too low at the Route 40 underpass. You need to be up on the concrete to take the short trail above the stormwater outlet, rather than at ground level as I was and wondering 1) how to make the non-trivial crossing and 2) why I didn't remember this from my first two traverses.
Weather was humid but overcast and mild. Took two zbars and carried ~100 oz of Tailwind in my hands, pockets, and pack.
