I began at O'Hare airport's Terminal 5 and then ran down Old Cargo Road, south on Mannheim Road, east on W Lawrence Ave, south on N Harlem Ave, west on Archer Ave, south on S Cicero Ave then finished at Midway Airport departures.
There are numerous ways to run from O'Hare to Midway but I picked this one for ease of navigation and safety. It was 21.1 miles (34km) total and involved long straightaways to keep my pace up.
