I got an early start from the parking lot. I knew it would be getting hot. Stopped at Derricks knob to refill both my 17oz flasks. Dropping down to Lynn camp the heat started catching up with me. I drenched myself in every creek from then on till I reached the trail head. May come back and try for a stronger run on a cooler day.
