Generally pretty happy with this run! It's a fantastic route and a great tour of Epping Forest and this section of the eastern River Lea valley, although footpaths were hard to pick up around Copped Hall and west of Warlies. I probably added to the run somewhat (and not in the sense of enhancing it) by keeping right / along the river just south of Enfield Lock and then having to pick my way around the King George's Reservoir. I except I can manage a faster time, and I am certain others can!
