I decided to run this route as preparation for the Chouffe trail in july. It was 30 degrees this day so it was good heat training as well as elevation training. I started with one litre of electrolyte mix and four gels. This amount of drink was just enough but an extra half liter would have been nice.
It should also be noted that the gpx file is quite difficult to follow. I found it to often be off by 10-20 meters. This was also combined with a lot of other paths at crossroads making it very easy to go the wrong way.
