Beautiful run along Mörrumsån. Decided not to use terrain shoes which was probably a good idea this dry day. After 3km I passed Kronolax in Mörrum with a lot of people and fishers. Next 10k were really beautiful along the river. I only had a small bottle of water with me and had a plan to stop in Svängsta half way to buy something to drink but decided to move on instead. Probably a bad choice in the end. From Svängsta the course changed and I ran on an old railway track for about 5k before some small country road. With about 5k left the course changed again and became quite technical. I was quite thirsty and low on energy so the pace dropped. Managed to go on and the finish line was an old railway station that was nowadays a museum and the track was removed. The track follows the river and is slightly uphill all the way.
