After setting an unsupported FKT on Huayna Potosi when we did our reconnaissance, we wanted to cap off our trip to Bolivia with a second, supported and more intentional attempt on Huayna.
We had a few days rest back in La Paz after our Illimani summit and while we felt a little tired
This time, we approached it as a day trip, leaving La Paz early in the morning, with our friend Julen who would film, and our friend Dominic who would support us. We drove to the base camp in the dark, and Julen and Dominic headed out.  Dominic stowed a bag at high camp with our harness, crevasse kit, aluminum crampons, helmet, piolet, rope, and extra water and gels.  They then headed up to the glacier - Julen waited at the top of the Pala Pequeña and Dominic went to the summit to film us there.

We left the park signposts at 7:47 am, after it got light.  Conditions were very similar to what we had found a few weeks earlier on our reconnaissance (with no precipitation, the track was extremely well marked and while penitentes were beginning to form, they weren't troublesome as long we stayed on the path).  We made it to the summit where we shared a hug and then turned right back down.  We crossed paths with Julen again as well as some other friends including local mountain guide, Hugo Ayaviri, who had helped us planning our trip.
We left crampons, helmets and harnesses at high camp, which Julen and Dominic brought back down for us.  We ran down, clocking in at just under 2 hours and 40 minutes round trip.

We believe there is a men's reference time, just faster than ours, but have had trouble finding information about it.
