Training day for UTCT, paths were hard to traverse and overgrown in the first part, opened up after the highest point on route and made for some comfortable running.
Good few cool down swims in the many streams on route and because water was plenty it was an easy day to do unsupported.
Fastest time I know of is the incredible time of 2:37:53 by Lucky Miya on the Golden Gate Challenge stage 1, but might not count as unsupported because of the race waterpoints?
