Went well. GPS distanced were sketchy in places, had 12.9 at the turn around, but 12.7 on the return. outbound is gradually up hill, coming back is noticeably easier. Pretty ideal conditions in the 40's with a light wind. Started at the south end as Steve did which I think is easier so your last half is back down the river. Saw a few people, a few off road bikers, but all the road crossings were quiet.
Lots of rain yesterday left it wet in places but all puddles were avoidable, much wetter and it may have small flooded sections. took a spill at mile 12 resulting in a few scuffs but nothing too bad.
Turn around point was obvious as Steve had said and had took pictures of the snowmobile signs, you could also see the main road just above. Carried and ate 4 Gu Gels and took a 14oz gatorade handheld and 16 oz of gatorade in a waist pack.
