Muddy underfoot but not too overgrown. River banks not flooded over but main call out is two detours one going the long way all around the large housing development off Winnycroft Lane and having to go down Sandhurst Lane instead of the Severn river bank at Walham which has been impassable. One wrong turn going up Churchdown Hill for an extra zigzag. No stopping for food or water, carried a pack with water and Tailwind and two Cadbury Creme Eggs. Plenty of slipping and soaking of fit in muddy puddles but this is Gloucester so entirely expected and generally a nice run.
