Report
Catskill 9 done via Denning Road parking lot. A super fun route a bit more off the beaten path than most other routes here but connecting classic lines and good fast trail sections. Did the course Clockwise Starting up slide to Cornell/Wittenberg before heading onto the 4.5 mi herd path section going South to hit Dink, Friday, Balsam Cap, Rocky, Lone.
These trails have become more herd path vs original bushwack and I view this as more of an update to reflect the current trail conditions.
Utilized the Slide mt spring to fill bottles as the only water source of the day.
Happy to complete this as someone with family originating from the Catskills.
