I wanted to do a fast long run to prepare for the WC Long Trail in Innsbruck. That's also why I did it supported: I tried to train the race nutrition and got gels and water from my boyfriend at four points on the track. I tried to beat the mens FKT, that's why I wrote the splits on my arms.
It was very tough, I didn't know that it will be so warm and muddy but I had fun and loved the beautiful nature and surroundings! Happy that I did it!
