FKT: Igone Campos Odriozola - Gran Paradiso (Italy) - 2023-08-03

I started from Pont carpark and took the normal route to Vittorio-Emanuele II and then I also took the normal route up to Gran Paradiso summit. I had to walk up quite a lot through the rocks, as the glacier seemed too icy. Anyway when I saw a proper track I put my crampons on (not the running crampons but the Ptzel Irvis hybrid, as the conditions were quite icy). Almost in the summit, I took the wrong way trying to avoid people, and accidentaly I passed the rock where the madona is and started climing another rock 🤦🏽‍♀️then I turned my head back as i didn’t see anyone and it was weird and I saw that the madona was just in my back so I turned back and climbed straight to it.
