Report

It was a great day. I planned to do this durring a formidable weekend-morning tide table in November, but realized this day in September had a decent tide table and decided the week-of to do it.

The day started foggy and ended foggy with some peaks of sunshine in the middle. The wind was light. There was seagrass/kelp from mile 29-30, it got very thick and took over the whole beach - running around it was not an option, it was slippery and sometimes gave out from underneath my feet.

The narrative for the FKT states the conditions and warnings thoroughly. A couple additional notes 1. Beware winds, the winds along the coast can be brutal during th summer months especially after 10am - note the dunes. 2. The steep beach mentioned in my narrative is actually from mile 18 to 29.
