This morning was incredible. I set my first FKT (Fastest Known Time) on the Boise Greenbelt. I chose the Female Unsupported category. No pacers. No crew. No cheer squad along the way. This took a lot of logistics and pre-planning such as knowing how much to carry with me, locations of bathrooms and gas stations if needed, where public drinking fountains were and spots along the river where I could filter water.
Thank you @amysproston @alyssagodesky and @womenwhofkt for the inspiration to do this. I see many more FKTs in my future.
