Run went as planned, I navigated using the gpx file from fastest known time, loaded onto my watch but the trail was well marked anyway, I only made a few wrong turns which I double back on and maybe lost a total of just 2-3minutes.
It appears some areas were affected by the floods, however the trail as a whole is in outstanding condition.
Carried 5 gels of which I ate 4. Also carried a 500ml handheld, which I refilled twice en route. There are several bubble taps directly on the course.
