Report
My husband and I started from the trailhead at 6:20am. We brought our own calories and water which were shared for the duration of this run. We traveled up the beautiful 4x4 jeep road for 7.6 miles which led to sweeping views of the valleys below. When we reached the summit, we were surrounded by dense clouds yielding minimal views aside from the craters. It was a beautiful day with great weather and company.
