Today I ran from Buckskin Gulch trailhead to White House trailhead in 4 hrs 47 mins. There seems to be a little discrepancy between my and my partners GPS data regarding total distance covered, which really doesn't surprise me due to the nature of the terrain, but the estimate I feel to be the most accurate is 26.3 mi. This was both of our first time through Buckskin, and I know it could go faster, but as I cannot find any posted data regarding an FKT for this run, I consider it a proud effort. To anyone considering this as a "run", I highly recommend it. I cannot think of another "run" with comparable features.
