Lovely morning on the trails! Ground green as a little soft and muddy in places from the rain the day before but I had perfect weather today
Really quiet out on these trails today which is always nice!
The route is self is really enjoyable, some lovely sections! Mostly trail but with a few road portions to link them together
I’d never get close to the fantastic “one way” time on this route so though I would go for the out and back instead. Just managed to get it. Ran solo and unsupported carrying my gels and water
