Ran this route a few times before, once I saw someone had made an FKT for it I thought I would come and run it again.
One of many nice little loop trails in the area. Mix of road, trail and then gravel track by river.
It has a couple of short inclines I find a little tough but other than those it’s mainly quite flat and obviously has a couple of nice downhill sections too. A fun loop
