Lovely morning out on the trails with my mate Perry
The route was good and easy enough to follow, half or the distance is on the South Downs Way and that’s the nicest part of the run in my opinion
As the name suggests there’s 3 main climbs, we walked these and then ran most of the rest. My legs were aching from a hilly run last week so we weren’t moving as fast as we could’ve been
Weather was kind to us as well as we avoided the rain which came soon after we finished, just a bit windy and muddy today but that’s to be expected
We ran unsupported carrying our own food and water
