I've been meaning to do this route for a while now. No better time than the present! I did a quick warm up and got started at 6 AM. It's been a while since I've ran through technical stuff like this. I tried to stay relatively safe while moving at a decent clip. I hadn't done the route in a while and was hoping I didn't make any wrong turns. I did stall at a couple intersections to make sure I took the right way, but other than that it was smooth sailing. What a great way to start the day! I didn't see anyone on the trail at all. The last piece of trail is a double track back to the parking. I attempted to pick it up a bit. Finished in 43:56. I'm happy with my effort. This trail is short, but sweet. There are some cool bridges, nice views of the lake and technical/rocky sections. I highly recommend!
