I ran the route Leutasch über Erinnerungshütte on Saturday 28.10.2023. I chose this route as it is located in my home town passing the Schüsselkar, a beautiful mountain range with multiple climbing routes. I ran the route alone with perfect weather conditions but quiet cold temperatures. Above the Wangalm at around 1800 m there was even snow already due to the late time of this year. The snow covered surrounding peaks were magnificent but the frozen and snowy trails made it technically more difficult than expected to run. Especially in the downhill I had to pay particular attention to not miss the trail and to not slip. Due to the rather short distance I could carry all my water and food indipendently. I started and ended the loop at the Sportplatz of Leutasch as it was more accessible but still did the route according to the standard route by Alexander Gert. After 2:43:31 I arrived back at the Sportplatz after a beautiful run in the mountains. As this time is faster than the current female FKT registered I decided to submit this activity.
