Such a perfect day in the Indian Peaks Wilderness! Super excited to check this one off. I attempted the FKT on this route on 9/15/24, but a moose in the trail slowed me down quite a bit, but it was a good excuse to go back and run this beautiful loop again! The weather today was an absolutely perfect fall day, the aspen leaves are vibrant yellow and the peaks are dreamy as always. Couldn't have asked for a better day to snag this FKT! I had to work for it all day, Allison Baca set a STOUT time of 5:05 and I honestly didn't know if that was in my reach, but I am just so stoked to have gotten this route under 5 hours!
