Report
Little known about the front end of the road. Tore calf 8mm deep before leaving for the run, along the way tore MCL and LCL muscles in knee and had to strap to attempt to get through. Food supplies were great and being for charity a lot offered great support for camping, food, fuel. Lovely places to stay and plenty of camping along the way.
