A nice "time trial" type effort with Kevin. We stashed some water about halfway at the old railroad station in Stamford. Got an early start to try to beat the heat, but eventually the humidity caught up with Kevin and he started dry heaving about 19 miles in, making the last few miles more of a hike/jog/puke fest. Beautiful trail, very runnable, would be fun to take another crack on a cooler day.
